Congrats go out to Todd Roberts (#640) and Joel Maxwell (#761) on their Retirement. Todd started with Scarborough in May of 1985 and retires from the TFS with 37 years of service. Joel started with Scarborough in November of 1990 and retires from the TFS with 32 years of service
