Well, spring is almost here — just don’t look out the window yet. The good news? The clocks jump ahead this weekend, so at least we get a bit more daylight to squint at. The snow will get the hint and disappear soon enough, so start warming up the clubs.
With warmer weather on the way, it’s the perfect time to crawl out of hibernation and join us for our retiree lunch on Thursday, March 12th. We’ll be at our usual winter hideout: The Harp & Crown Pub in Pickering (Kingston & Altona), starting around 11:30 a.m.
Come out, warm up, and reconnect. Bring your appetite, and some of your best old fire hall tales — to keep tradition alive.
