Its with deep regret we advise of the passing of Hal Lapp on Wednesday, December 9, 2020. Hal started with the Scarborough Fire Department on March 26, 1962. He retired on December 31, 1993 (31 years of service). His humour and wit will be missed by all.

LAPP, Harold William “Hal”…suddenly passed away at his residence on Wednesday, December 9th, 2020 at the age of 82 years. Beloved husband to Sandra “Sandie” Cook. Loving father to Ken (Vikey) Lapp, Steve (Lori) Lapp and Angela (Tom) Tsampiras. Dear grandpa to 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Hal is survived by his sister Elsie (Larry) Mason and their family.

As per Hal’s wishes, cremation will take place. A Memorial Service to be held in the spring. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
