Crawford Simpson ~ October 1924 – December 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Retired District Chief Crawford (Croft) Simpson – Seniority #23.
Croft passed away on Wednesday, December 7th. at the age of 98, being the oldest in Scarborough Fire’s history.
Croft started with the Scarborough Fire Department on June 28th, 1950, and retired as District Chief on July 18th, 1980. He enjoyed 42 years of retirement.
Our sincerest condolences go out to his family and friends from the Scarborough Fire Fighters Retirees.
