It’s with great sadness we advise of the passing of Bud Wallace – Seniority #028.
Bud passed away this afternoon (June 29, 2022), he was 98 years old. He started with the Scarborough Fire Department in July 1951 and retired in July 1983. He served as President of the Scarborough Professional Fire Fighters Association, Local 626 from 1958 – 1960.

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, in Toronto, Ontario at the age of 98. Beloved husband of the late June Florence. Loving father of Stephen, Kathryn (Tom), and Gregory (Diane). Proud “Gumpy” to Stacey, Cindy, Jodi, Kristina, Kyla, Jamie, and Matthew. “Great-Gumpy” to Dakota, Keelan, Anlyn, Harlow, Hudson, Addison, and Auston.
Visitation on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home Scarborough Chapel, 2900 Kingston Rd. (just east of St. Clair Ave. E.). Memorial Service on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Oakridge Branch 73 or Scarborough Health Network Foundation, would be appreciated.
